I believe these were originally in the OLYMPIA's public rooms and moved to her cabins during the CARIBE I era, where they remained. The striped upholstery and an orangish-colored varnish were added to some.

I saved all of these that I could and they are in varying cosmetic condition but all are structurally sound (may need some careful gluing). New varnish and new upholstery could turn these into stunners. The ones in best condition will go first.

One particularly nice detail on the underside of many of these is the imprinted dates from July of 1953, applied by the furniture craftsmen at the Alexander Stephen and Sons shipyard. There were cabin tables with the same imprint but they somehow got away.
