Very little survived of the original SS STATENDAM after her many conversions. Over the years, her wonderful murals and heavy wooden Dutch furniture were replaced with more contemporary works of art and modern, ordinary furniture. The last havens of the ship's 1950s glory days were the Cinema, the Indoor Pool, portions of the stairtowers and lobbies, and most of the former first class suites.

More glorious Tienhoven furnishings from the SS STATENDAM! These were last used in cabins and officers' areas are just like chairs from the SS ROTTERDAM. These are heavy, solid, and classically shaped. Only two are available.
