This remarkable trio of glass panels came from AUGUSTUS’ port side suite and divided the living area from the bedroom.  The glass is frosted and the etchings are masterfully rendered, depicting a pastoral scene (most likely on Mt. Olympus, home of the Roman gods).  These breathtaking panels are clear with no visible tinting, although they have been photographed on blue velvet to better highlight the details.  Also, due to the ship’s sheer, the sides of the panes are at a slight diagonal.
